4. Orders and Payment Terms

Pricing and Payment

Due to their perishable nature, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bare Root Fruit Trees
  • Autumn Planting Vegetables
  • All Pond Plants (due to potential water contamination concerns)
  • Any seasonal plants that have been planted or removed from original containers

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error.

Condition of Returns: Items must be unplanted, in resalable condition, and in original packaging when possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
